Erica Moore is a poet and candidate in the University of Washington-Bothell’s Creative Writing and Poetics MFA program. By bringing in research from folklore, psychoanalysis, and the natural sciences, she hopes to think in new forms and media while fostering a transparent spirit within and without the literary arts and by, as Gloria Anzaldúa formulates it, “healing the split of dualistic thinking.” Her poetry has previously been published in Bellowing Ark & Maestranza, both Seattle-based publications and zines, respectively.
