Nic Hinson is an undergraduate student of English and philosophy at The University of New Mexico. They have been writing poetry since they learned to write and just recently began writing poetry they like. They most value the heartbreaking ambiguity that poetry allows—the particular objects and images that collage around a squishy, emotional center. They have previously been published in Conceptions Southwest and UReCA.
